INTERNET SLOW:

  1. Did you restart your equipment? The electronics used to supply your internet connection are susceptible to electrical power surges and static electricity build-up and a restart of all equipment is required at least once a week, just like when you are having a problem with your phone or computer.

  4. How is the device connected, wifi or cable?

  5. Do you have teamviewer installed on your computer? If not, please go to https://www.teamviewer.com/en/ and click on “download for free for personal use”. Send the ID and one time password to Eden Telecom support which will help us in trouble shooting your connection and may avoid a call out.

  6. How are you testing the speed? Different test sites and servers in different towns will give different results.
