INTERNET OFF:

  1. Do you have any outstanding invoices?

  2. Did you restart your equipment? The electronics used to supply your internet connection are susceptible to electricity power surges and static  electricity build-up and a restart of all equipment is required at least once a week, just like when you are having a problem with your phone or computer. Please turn electricity off to all equipment for 30 seconds and turn it back on. If you are unsure, take a picture of your installation and send to Eden Telecom support.
