Eden Telecom cannot guarantee the speed on your WiFi connection inside your home. WiFi is susceptible to interference and every setup is different. Our responsibility ends at the WAN port of your router and your designated IT service provider will be needed to investigate issues beyond the router. When running a speed test for trouble shooting purposes, please plug a network cable from your laptop into the router and click on this link for the speed test: http://10.0.15.249/speed/

Did you restart your equipment? The electronics used to supply your internet connection are susceptible to electricity power surges and static electricity build-up and a restart of all equipment is required at least once a week, just like when you are having a problem with your phone or computer. Please turn electricity off to all equipment for 30 seconds and turn it back on. If you are unsure, take a picture of your installation and send to Eden Telecom support.
