Undersea cables restoration update
Eden Telecom is pleased that the restoration work on both undersea cables that experienced a break recently is progressing well. Â
We have been collaborating with the consortium partners to facilitate the restoration of the cables and anticipate the WACS Cable will be restored by 06 September 2023.
Although the impact on Eden Telecom was limited due to our investment in other upstream providers, we are delighted with the progress made as it aids the restoration of our customers’ latency and redundancy on the WACS cable.
