1. What is the difference between Fibre and Wireless?
   • Your internet experience will be exactly the same if it is delivered over Wireless or Fibre cable, depending on the package chosen
   • The hardware installed inside the property stays the same if it is connected to the internet via Fibre or a small Antenna on your roof
2. When will fibre be deployed ?
   
   • high speed Wireless will be deployed initially with Fibre installed where feasible
   • Trenching and Fibre cable installation will receive priority in locations with the most demand and highest density
3. What does the SPECIAL Installation fee include?
   • The special package offered to Leisure Island residents is valid for people who sign up while the crews are busy with installation and initial deployment
   • The installation charge is a once off fee for the installation of cables etc. in order to have a live internet connection inside a home
   • Every building is different so one of our friendly Rocket Scientists will do a FREE initial assessment to determine what additional equipment may be required
