Load Shedding

Eskom loadshedding is wreaking havvoc with all electronic equipment when the electricity comes back on. Please ensure that all your equipment is on a proper sine wave UPS. This is the only way to protect sensitive electronics. Please let supoort know if you need help installing a proper UPS.Â
We have had a multitude of devices blown after load shedding and unfortunately the manufacturers warranty will not replace blown equipment. This current situation is unfortunately beyond our controll. Eden Telecom will  have to charge a call-out fee to restore internet connectivity if a customer's equipment is not connected to a UPS.
